Middletown Springs Historical Society 2022 Maple Festival Raffle


We are excited to announce that this year's Maple Festival Raffle includes over 30 items, each valued at $100 or more! Look at the amazing items on this page that have been donated by historical society members and friends, local businesses and artists, and regional stores. Raffle tickets are $25 each or 5 tickets for $100.

BE SURE TO WRITE ON EACH TICKET THE ITEM NUMBER YOU WANT and mail your tickets with check (payable to Middletown Springs Historical Society) to Middletown Springs Historical Society, P.O. Box 1121, Middletown Springs, VT 05757.

RAFFLE TICKETS AND PAYMENT MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MARCH 19, 2022. Soon after we will draw the lucky tickets and notify winners to arrange for pickup or shipping.

Award-winning artist Marilyn Parker has a life-long passion for painting, primarily in oils. She lived in Middletown Springs for many years finding inspiration in the natural beauty around her. She is now retired to Florida and continues to paint with a new subject--tropical flora and fauna.

Discover your ancestors with four hours of genealogy consultation by a trained and experienced genealogist and MSHS member, Anne Pratt Slatin, who holds professional genealogical research certificates from Boston University and Excelsior College. She is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, The New York Genealogical and Biographical Society, and the New England Historic Genealogical Society. Anne does not work on adoptions or missing persons. Work may be done by telephone, by mail or e-mail.

Item # 7 - Original 10" Diameter Stained-glass Lily

This colorful stained-glass artwork is the creation of Bennington artist Jean Rogers. Framed in lead came and comprised of 75 pieces of hand cut, ground and foiled glass, this piece could brighten any sunny window of your home.

Item # 9 - 90-minutes of Customized Positive Dog Training

This reward based, positive dog training will be customized to the needs of the raffle winner and their dog. Barbara is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) and a knowledge-assessed Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) with 25 years of group class and one-on-one training and coaching experience. Training may be via Zoom, outdoors in person weather permitting, or a combination of both.
